Ingredients :

• 1 packet fajita spice
• 2 cups cheddar, grated
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 chicken breasts, sliced
• 3 mixed peppers, sliced
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions :

1. Preheat kitchen appliance to 200°C/400°F.
2. combine along the chicken, peppers, onion, fajita spice and oil.
3. Bake for twenty minutes, till the peppers and chicken area unit grilled and slightly blackened.
4. Take five tortillas and cut alittle hole within the middle. 
5. Press one griddlecake into a lubricated bundt tin and sprinkle with cheese - ensure it is a giant griddlecake thus it goes up the aspect slightly.
6. Spoon a number of the grilled fajita/pepper mixture over the cheese and press in another griddlecake over the highest. Repeat this till you reach the highest of the bundt and seal with another griddlecake.
7. Bake once more for twenty minutes and (carefully) flip the bundt over with a board beneath.
8. Serve with soured cream, coriander and guac.
